Arriving in Australia from Europe in the 1970s, Les Suvakov built his career from the ground up through hard work, determination, and a deep passion for the building industry. From a very young age, he immersed himself in construction and property development, eventually becoming a registered commercial and domestic builder with decades of hands-on experience across a wide range of residential and commercial projects throughout Melbourne.
Over the years, Les has been involved in the construction of countless homes, commercial properties, and large-scale developments, including nursing homes and community facilities. Much of his most significant work was centred around Patterson Lakes during the well-known Karl Johnson development era — when the suburb was in its infancy and the iconic canals and waterways were first being shaped. Being part of the transformation of Patterson Lakes into the beautiful waterfront community it is today remains one of the proudest highlights of his career.
To this day, Les continues to work actively within the industry as both a registered builder and trusted maintenance professional for several real estate agencies and schools. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and long-standing relationships built on reliability and quality workmanship are an invaluable asset to the Max Price Real Estate team.
